Mark Valentino serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and joined PQ in November 2025.

Mark brings more than 25 years of global financial leadership in manufacturing and specialty chemicals, with deep expertise in financial transformation, strategic growth, and operational excellence. He previously served as CFO of Vantage Chemicals, Ascensus Specialties, Adare Pharma Solutions, and PeroxyChem. Prior to that Mark spent nearly a decade at PQ in senior finance leadership roles.

Mark graduated from Seton Hall University earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He earned an MBA from Monmouth University and a Master’s in Taxation from Villanova University.
