Flavio Ribeiro is Vice President Research & Development (R&D) and Technical Services. He joined PQ in 2008 when PQ merged with INEOS Silicas.

Flavio has three decades of industry experience spanning Bunge, DOW Chemical, Unilever, Crosfield, and INEOS Silicas. Prior to his current role he was responsible for Silicates and Zeolites Innovation within PQ. Flavio began his career in Brazil and moved to US in 2006, where he held process, operations, business and regional manager leadership roles.

Flavio graduated from the Mauá Technology Institute of São Caetano do Sul (Brazil) with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
