Quality Assurance - Testing

PQ receives all raw materials from suppliers with validated COAs (Certificates of Analysis) that supply the test results determined to be important to our manufacturing system. We use COAs as a mechanism for releasing plant raw material for storage and future use.

PQ tests all products during production to make sure end products are within specification limits. Our plants lot mark all solid products as they are packaged. Our plants lot mark all liquid products by tank, by shipment and by test-generated COA analysis.
