The Ambosol grades have a high filtration and alkali absorbtion performance and are specially developed for the purification of crude polyols. Macrosorb is used for several applications like stabilisation of peroxide bleaching systems in detergents, purification of frying oils by absorption of breakdown components, and free flowing agents.

Magnesium trisilicate is specially manufactured for the pharmaceutical industry as excipient  and as a carrier for active ingredients. Magnesium silicates are synthetic hydrated amorphous products, manufactured by a precipitation reaction of a sodium silicate solution with a magnesium salt.
